This was our first experience renting through Outdoorsy and it was fantastic. Jasmine thought of everything when equipping her trailer. As her description says, it had we everything we needed.
The trailer is very cozy, a nice break from sleeping in a tent. The bed and linens were very comfortable.
We camped pretty close to Jasmine's home-base, so she was able to deliver the trailer to our campsite. That was a benefit we really appreciated . She and her partner met us at the campsite and gave us a tour of the trailer, which was really helpful.
If you've ever rented from a vacation home service, you know that communication with the host is really important. Jasmine communicated very well and kept us informed of the delivery time, what we needed to bring and other information that was important for us to know.
We also had good service from Outdoorsy customer support. There was a small issue that arose (I managed to break something on the trailer) and the issue was resolved quickly to everyone's satisfaction.
We highly recommend renting from Jasmine, and we will definitely rent through Outdoorsy again.
