Gary knew the last reservation cancelled on me 36 hours before my planned trip. We chatted twice, I placed the booking and he accepted and I was immediately charged. I asked twice what time I could pick it up since I was flexible on the leave time and received no answer. Then I received a cancellation at 5pm the night before pick up. I should 've payed attention to other reviews, he obviously has no respect for others. I have a lot of crappy things I could say beyond this but won't. Karma works.

Canceled but let me know fairly quickly unfortunately I was trying to book for trip one day prior.

Make sure Gary responds to you before booking the trailer. I booked his trailer for our camping trip in June. It was an automatic reservation. I had a couple questions so I messaged him on Outdoorsy a couple times. When I hadn't heard from him and our trip was a week out I tried calling the phone number he has listed. I left a message, and still no response. After contacting Outdoorsy about the situation, they tried to contact Gary as well, and didn't have any luck. We ended up having to cancel the reservation and we had to scramble to find a trailer that would work for our family.

Gary and his family and his trailer were terrific to work with. They were friendly, patient, and good on communication. Trailer was clean, in good condition, and they were quick to point out any preexisting nicks and scratches of which there were few. I would definitely rent this trailer from them again.

We rented Gary's travel trailer for our five day family camping fishing trip and it was wonderful!! We drove in from the Portland area What a roomy and nice trailer. My Husband, teen Son and I thought the trailer was easy to pull, clean, comfortable and had the needed basics for the kitchen. So, now about Gary....you won't find a friendlier, nicer guy than him! Gary was so genuine and very easy to like. He really cared about us having a great experience with his trailer. He went above and beyond by escorting us to the Walmart for grocery shopping while he went next door to the Home Depot to purchase chain link extenders for the hitch safety chains. He was a good communicator regarding how to use the trailer and what was expected upon return. We were very pleased and will highly recommend Gary and his trailer, as well as rent it again some day. Thank You Gary!!!

The unit was exactly as described. We found the floor plan to be very convenient, it was very comfortable, clean and well-stocked with all of the essentials. Gary was very responsive to all communication and was great to work with! We would highly recommend this RV! We plan to buy our own unit similar to this, but if we ever rent again we will definitely rent from Gary!
