From the very beginning Joe was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We opted to have Joe deliver and set up the RV at our campsite at elk lake. We had one hiccup (completely my fault as I wasn't aware there were 2 elk lake campsites and didn’t specify we were at the resort) but joe quickly packed up and re-set up without a complaint. He was on time and took us through everything we needed to know. He was also available if we had any problems (which we didn’t). No complaints from my husband or the kids on the beds. I have back problems that are currently being treated with PT and chiro/massage so I’m a bit more sensitive. Next time I would just bring my mattress topper. This was our first time using a camper and we will never go back to tent camping again. Highly recommend renting from Joe!

Everything went great! Joe was easy to work with. We loved the trailer for the weekend. Everything was clean and as described. Would love to rent again sometime.

Joe & Tiffanie were very helpful and explained everything well. Our trip was outstanding and even though we had one hitch (We called Joe) and that turned out to be a problem with the campsite connections, everything went smoothly,

Great little trailer. Everything worked well, it was well stocked and easy to pull. Definitely would rent again.

Great little trailer & fun folks to rent from. Everything worked as expected and the A/C even came in handy.
Easy to tow and trailer was good as new!
