While we did not use this RV for a typical 'adventure across America' trip, our production did use it in a commercial. We sell an RV Adapter Cord Kit that has the 9 most common confirgurations and we wanted to rent an RV as a featured item in a commercial we were shooting. Marek and Monika were gracious enough to allow us to rent their RV for this shoot. We really appreciate it, and it turned out well. All accommodations were listed as stated, though we didn't use them; we can confirm they were there, and the RV is presented as said. We appreciate their willingness to rent to us, and while on set, received quite a few inquiries on how to rent an RV, which we promoted both Outdoorsy and this particular RV!

I normally do not write reviews, especially negative ones, but I am disappointed with how things went with our RV rental. One of the main reasons we rented the RV was to have AC while at a festival because of the heat. The AC from the front cab works while driving and if the RV is running, but the AC for the rest of the RV that's connected to the thermostat did not work at all. It was only blowing hot air around from outside. It was unbearable to be in there during the day especially. I felt very dismissed by the owner when informing them about the situation and they fully stopped responding at one point after I sent a picture of thermostat to prove that it was on properly and we did everything right on our end. I was the one calling the tech people and trying to figure out a solution while at a music festival with minimal service so that was pretty frustrating. It's not realistic to leave the RV running while out in the middle of nowhere while camping and that really was the only way we could get any sort of cool air in the RV. I also did verify with the owner before leaving that the RV had AC and they said yes and then showed us the thermostat and everything when we picked it up.
Our festival was cancelled early and the owner did let us return the RV a day early which was greatly appreciated. The owner that we picked up the RV from was not present when we dropped it off though which was unfortunate because I wanted to turn on the RV and go through everything with them before leaving so I could show them exactly what we were dealing with, but now they are saying there were no issues with the AC at all and it's pretty much my word against theirs, so it is what it is I guess. They said that they took it to get serviced and there were no issues, but if that was the case they could have just turned on the AC and felt that it worked, so that doesn't really add up in my opinion.
The AC not working and lack of communication/willingness to help were the main issues we had, but if those things didn't happen it would have been a great little RV and I hope it works out better for the next people.

Good morning the RV was just what was needed to transport our mom safely back home. Marek and Monika help make the process from beginning to end easy. I definitely will recommend everyone I know who likes to drive when traveling to rent a RV and to specifically use Marek and Monika RV’s.
