I appreciated Kyle being very thorough in his walk thru and instructions. Although I’ve driven RV’s before, the refresher was good to have.

This was discussed with Brittney, as the booking was not supposed to be automatically approved. The reason for cancellation was because there would not be enough time to turn over the RV before it was supposed to be picked up for the next renter.
