Nothing worked in the RV.We headed to a festival and we had no water because the water pump wouldn’t work, no stove, tv, fridge or air conditioner, because the generator wouldn’t work.We missed precious time taking the RV to the mechanic in hope they could quickly fix it, but we were informed that the generator was broken.We were left with no choice but to take this broken RV to the festival since we couldn’t find a replacement so last minute.This inconvenience ruined our trip. We could barely sleep because it was so hot in the RV. Plus, we couldn’t cook or shower -all very essencial things you expect when you rent a RV.In additionally to that, the RV was extremely dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. The stove had not been cleaned, and the sheets were unchanged.It was so extremely disappointing and distressing to have to deal with no many things going wrong in what should have been a fun trip.I would not rent from Bill again. It’s clear to us that he does not maintain his RV.

Thanks for the fake negative feedback Pedro.The fact is you and your friends were in such a rush to EDC you didn't pay attention to anything as I was demonstrating how to operate the RV.The images are false you took a pee on the seat then said this is how it was delivered.
You made some crumbs on the stove when you made your bologna sandwich and called it discusting.
All the paperwork you signed verified that everything was working.In the pictures you opened the hood and said it was a mechanical issue with some official looking gas attendant at the ready. Opened an RV hatch and it all looks very official. Where is the paperwork for these visits ? It never happened all staged.The reality is it was over 100 degrees and you were outside at EDC and that sounds miserable. After you asked for a full refund I demonstrated that it all was operational. I also took notice that the awning fabric is destroyed and you decided to play this Yelp style review: If the plate of food was bad you had the option to send it back to the kitchen instead you finished your plate and said the food sucked; eating the entire plate and then asking for a refund.FACT: 30 minutes after delivery one of your travel mates called and said nothing worked I suggested you come back and have another walk thru to demonstrate how to operate the rv. That offer was refused and instead you decided to continue your trip with unverified claims only to get back and try to get the rv rental for free.Don't worry Pedro I dont think I would rent to you and your friends again either. 0 Stars. Hosts beware.
