Communication from the beginning to the end was quick, easy and friendly with Thomas. All the information we asked and needed was given to us. The van ran well and we had more than enough space for all our things and ourselves. We knew going in that the van is old and it struggles on steep mountain sides of Yosemite. But other than that it ran very well and we had a great trip. 100% reccomended! Danke Thomas
