Jeffrey's son Caleb was very helpful and accommodating and answered several questions prior to picking up the trailer. This was this was my 1st time renting an RV trailer and he lent us a flat trailer harness converter, a table and 2 folding chairs and spare 5 gallon water container and even jump started our car.

Overall had a good camping experience, but we were surprised and saddened to learn that the owner, Jeff, had passed away a few days before we arrived. His two sons, however, were incredibly helpful and were able to set us up on the trailer rental when we arrived. While camping, we did experience some battery / solar panel issues, but I’m not sure if it was the equipment, or because the owner was not there to set it up correctly before leaving. Again, no fault of anyone given the circumstances. On a positive note, the trailer was very clean and the family who rented the trailer to us were very polite and helpful. The top tent was so much fun to sleep in, and was comfortable and functioned well. All in all a good experience. Our hearts go out to this family for losing their loved one.

Our experience with Jeff and his wife was outstanding. They are great hosts--quick to respond and answered our questions quickly. They did what it took to get us hooked up and on the road. We learned a lot about what to expect from trailer camping! Even though we ran low on battery (our camp site didn't have enough sun for solar recharge), the Bushwhacker was warm and comfortable for the two of us. Very comfortable bed! The little kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and it's nice to lock everything up and clean in the morning. Jeff was a perfect coach for our first trailer experience.

First time renters, Jeff was incredibly helpful and patient, quick to respond, genuinely kind and just a very nice person, together with his wife. Teardrop was clean and comfy. We loved it!

Jeff @ Rove Unlimited set us up for an unforgettable experience in eastern Oregon. He sent videos in advance so we knew how to operate everything, was able to be reached throughout the whole trip, and even let us try a few things like the tent and the bike rack because he thought it would help with the trip. Very thoughtful and he was right. I would rent from Rove Unlimited again without hesitation.

Trailer was perfect for adventuring. Well stocked with the kitchen stuff you need. Owner was very easy to work with.

Awesome camper for adventuring! Included everything we could have possibly needed for our 3 day trip but sure we could have have stayed out for a week or longer. Everything is in mint condition and Jeff did a great job explaining how all of the camper's cool features work. Plus sent us with a troubleshooting guide for if questions came up on the trip. Trailer was very easy to pull and kept us comfortable and warm, even in early March.
