I picked up the unit up at the stored location. It looked liked it had not been moved or used in quit a while. The front jack was covered with a large fire ant hill which caused me a couple of bites. I towed the unit back to my camping location and opened it up. It was not clean with dead bugs and debris on floor, cabinets etc. even in shower. It took my wife a hour to clean and sanitize it. The items in all the cabinets were not organized and looked like stuff had been thrown from past use with no thought. Also it was not easy to set up. The leveling system was manual and the leveling jacks and crank were flimsy. We had to use a car jack to get it level. The front storage compartment organization was no different from inside of unit. Stuff just thrown in. The sewer hose did not have an elbow to connect to sewer inlet, so I inserted it and put rock on it to hold it in and put duct tape around to seal it. In most places it is a law you have to have the proper sewer connection as to avoid sewer smell escaping. The good news is I only rented the unit for sleeping for my son and his wife to sleep in for a football game which was placed next to my motor home. My expections in renting a camper is that it is no different form staying in a hotel room. Everything should be very clean and organized and user friendly. It did not meet my expectations for the money I paid for the unit. Hope this helps Chad for his next rental. I think he said it was his first time.
