Vehicle broke down in middle of nowhere, and was stranded for several hours with a special need kid until a mechanic came and replaced the discharged battery with a new one.

“Once notified of this matter, RV Owners immediately bought and installed a brand new battery at the breakdown location for this Renter. Zero charge to Renter for this service. RV owner had no prior knowledge of any special needs child.”

RV is clean, and has a full kitchen supply. The owner Stephen was very helpful going through all RV details with us. He was nice offering us a pick up earlier than originally scheduled, which definitely helped. Although we had some misunderstandings regarding the return time, Stephen was willing to resolve the issue with us in a positive manner. We had a good RV trip!
