Jason was friendly and very helpful. The RV was clean and worked perfectly. We had a great time.

Renter beware. Problems ranged from minor annoyances like shower handle and towel bars falling off, to major stuff like persistent foul odors coming from the gray and black water tanks, and direction to crawl under the RV and blow into a plastic tube in order to get the generator to start.
Odors were so bad we cut the trip short by three days and requested a refund for those days and waiving of mileage charges. Owner agreed to waive mileage and to refund $225 which we accepted. To date he has not sent the refund and has not responded to repeated text messages

Loved our experience with Betty! It was smooth and owner was great at working with us. She worked well and we had no issues. Would recommend to anyone.
