From our first interaction, our experience dealing with Bryan was bad. When we came to pick up the RV, Bryan, who refused to wear a mask even inside the RV, was working on fixing the generator. He could not, and convinced us that we wouldn't need it since we are going to an RV park. Bryan said that the cabin power would work while the car was running but this was not true.In addition, Bryan insisted that we text instead of communicate on the website. Perhaps this should have been enough red flags for us to cancel the reservation. But we had made other reservations and decided that we can manage even if the RV was in much worse shape than expected.Later that afternoon we realized that the toilet was majorly malfunctioning. We called and texted Bryan, and while he was mostly very responsive, it took three days to fix the toilet. We were without one during that entire period. In addition, when I would text to get updates, Bryan repeatedly said to turn off the pump, drain the pipes, and "just pour water down the toilet before you flush." We found this very insulting and unprofessional.As for the cleanliness of the vehicle, it was downright dirty. Trash was in drawers. It looked as if it wasn't wiped down or vacuumed.Finally, there are major leaks in all tanks. We had to refill the water tank daily as well as drain both grey and sewage tanks.So in conclusion, we expressed our dissatisfaction with Bryan. He became defensive and wasn't very sympathetic to our concerns. Instead of offering some sort of refund he made several unfounded claims against us.Stay away!
