It was great it got the job done we needed to transport my mom and it made the trip a breeze with a bathroom on board I need to buy one of these

First time in an RV, prior camping trips were tents or pop-ups. Betty was easy to drive and comfortable. Patrick was available and helpful when I called twice for help. No issue with the RV, just my inexperience using the systems.

Patrick is easy to work with. Good value vehicle. Has many miles on it so it shows it's age. Runs great and had a good trip.

Patrick was awesome - friendly and very responsive. Betty worked out very well for us, but she's been around and seen a lot, so there was some wear and tear. Nonetheless, this experience was a great way for us to see what Sprinter van life is like, and it was awesome to take our 76 pound dog, Moose, with us. We're intrigued and would do it again!
