The traile was perfect for our quick trip. I had a little issue with the propane but Stan was quick to respond and I got the heater working right away. Owner had the trailer set up upon pick up and showed us everything, which was helpful for our set and departure as we saw first hand how everything worked.

Rented for end of summer trip with my kids before school started. We enjoyed our trip so much and Stanford was so great to work with. He was really exceptional!! I really appreciated his patience and his kindness. I would highly recommend.

Stan was great to work with. Super helpful and informative and made this whole process run really smoothly. We would definitely recommend going with this trailer. Definitely a used trailer but if fit the bill for our needs

Worked great for our family trip! I would say it only sleeps 5, unless you have very small children to squish together. But great tent trailer, that is in pretty good shape for age.

We took the camper for the weekend to Goblin Valley. It was exactly what we were looking for! Everything worked as described. Heater kept us warm at night and Stanford provided us with plenty of propane to last the weekend. Stanford was great! He showed us how to set it up and break it down. Will definately be looking to rent this again in the future!

Great, easy to tow trailer. The battery is required to run the heater (for the igniter and fan), and we ran out of juice after two nights. Charging the battery at that point can be a bit of a challenge (due to hooking the towing vehicle back up, and leaving it running while charging), but a bit of battery conservation and planning may have avoided that struggle. For extended use, the generator might be a good addition. Stanford is great to work with, and flexible with scheduling.
