Beth and the RV were exceptional. Beginning with the walk-through, she was extremely thorough and detail oriented, showing us exactly how to operate everything inside the RV. She was up front that a couple lights didn't work, and we were able to work around that without issue. She was available right away on her cell when I needed help sorting something out while we were on the trip. For a 13 year-old RV, it fit all our needs without compromise. The full bed and sheets were particularly comfortable.
