Bryan and his RV were amazing! The Chateau was flawless and spotless, comfortable for 6 adults, and drove super smooth! He was thorough with the walk-through and even took me for a test drive to make sure I was comfortable. I would definitely rent from him again! Thanks again, Bryan!

The RV we rented from Bryan was in excellent condition and there was plenty of amenities. Bryan was very patient and answered all our questions no matter what time of day it was. I would highly recommend Bryan’s services!

This was my first RV experience, with my family + 2 pups, and Bryan helped make it memorable... he was easily reachable, and forthcoming with details, clarifications, and made the whole experience fun.

Bryan was nice in the beginning and the rig was a very nice.
the only complaints i have with the owner is that in the beginning the refrigerator was malfunctioning and we had to wait a little bit upon pickup as they tried to identify the problem. it turned out to be a simple fuse, but on the trip the fuse blew 4 different times and i had to stop to pick up fuses to make sure the refrigerator kept working. upon the end of the trip i asked for reimbursement for the simple cost of 2 packs of 4 dollars and he never reimbursed them.

You were the first people to rent this RV back in Oct 2020. I remember correctly it was also your first time RV'ing and that you were so pleased with our RV that you extended the reservations for 2 extra days.The fridge was tripping a fuse because of the 110 Volt switch being on, which we both figured out in a day or so. As this RV was a brand new one and also the fact being that I was brand new to the business, it took us both a day to realize. I am sorry that $4 was not refunded back to you (that seems to be the basis for this review)
Yes, the $15 per pet per night is clearly mentioned on the listing page as well and also cleaning fee is mandatory with reservations that consists of pets.As for the damage, pictures were uploaded and sent to you, outdoorsy passed a claim of $1240 and it cost us $2738 to get it fixed, more than happy to send you the invoice. You and your wife were very pleasant people, and I would love to have you rent from us again so I can throw in something extra that will put a smile on your face :o) Again my sincere apologies for not refunding the $4 Dollars.
My basic rule of thumb in business is to treat each and every customer exactly the way I would like to be treated. And we are a 100% transparent in all our dealings.

Brian was very accommodating. He made it easy for us to understand everything and very patient on explaining all the details we need to know as first timer for RVing. We will definitely book one from him again and already recommended him to our friends. Thank you again Brian for making our first RV adventure easy and worry free.

Great experience with Bryan. This was our first time RVing and we're sold! I was 31 weeks pregnant with a toddler during our trip and his RV made the experience smooth and easy for this growing family.

Bryan is very response to any of your questions and concerns. I appreciate he agree to meet with us and show the RV before we book it. The vehicle looks very new and clean. Unfortunately we had to cancel the reservation at last because someone booked the RV just ten minutes earlier than me(Lucky you, enjoy it;) ) Bryan also gave us a lot of help during outdoorsy’s cancellation process and made sure I got fully refund. I’ll definitely book with him for my next trip.
