Ben is such helpful and flexible in accommodating our last minute booking after our last order was cancelled by owner due to a trailer quality issue. It is also our first ever trailer rental, and Ben is very patient to help us set up the connection. The trailer itself is in wonderful condition, clean and well equipped with needed tools. It is a very joyful experience for us, thanks to Ben’s warm help!
