It was an amazing experience, however, for all future renters, be aware that charges can be applied directly to your deposit after returning the RV. In our case, a piece of toilet paper got stuck inside of the black tank covering the sensor and we got charged $130 to flush it. It’s like clogging a toilet in a hotel and getting charged for it. We drained or emptied both tanks before returning but there was no way we could get inside of the tank to remove that piece of toilet paper. As I said before, Matt and Dina are fantastic people and the RV is great, but leaving the deposit is like leaving a signed blank check.

We are happy you and your family had a wonderful time. The black tank was contaminated with excessive toilet paper sitting on the gauge which resulted in an incorrect reading on the control panel. The flushing of the tank is necessary to bring the RV to its original state so it works properly for future renters. We always advise our customers to use more water than toilet paper. so this doesn’t happen.

Matt and Dina are great people to work with, we had constant communication with them whenever we would reach out to them. The camper was spotless and completely ready for us when it showed up. It was completely stocked with dishes for 4 people, they even had linen and towels for us.

We had a great trip and the RV was amazing! Matthew & Dina were very helpful and truly take time to educate. They created a well informed binder and were available at all times when I did have questions. I highly recommend them and their RV. It is well maintained and they keep it COVID safe with fogging and a thorough cleaning process.

Matt and Dina were great. This was our first RV experience and they were there to answer questions ever step of the way. It was almost like having a travel agent on call. They were very responsive, always cheerful, unfailingly helpful and encouraging.
