Juan was great to work with. He cares about the maintenance and upkeep of the RV, and was very helpful in pointing out features to us as new drivers. Though not a small vehicle, it handles well, and is very maneuverable in fuel stops and parking areas. The leveling system was easy to understand and use, and worked like a charm!

Juan was great. he held everything to his word and was very accommodating. The outdoorsy website was, and still is, frustrating to work through. Albeit, I am not a computer genius, but I almost gave up on the rental due to the website confusion. I still am having trouble closing out the account after my trip. Maybe its just me, but it seems like a more user friendly site would be helpful. As an example, I just typed out this review, hit submit review, and it lost the review and sent me back to another new review page. Frustrating! Thanks, John

Very good RV! Clean, very well maintained. Juan did a great job supporting us to understand all RV functionality.
