Ruben was awesome. Communicative and Professional. He was very accommodating with the RV setup as he found out our families were camping together and made sure we would be comfortable. Rv was adorable and perfect for my family. Had everything that we needed. Thanks Again Ruben!

We booked this trailer super last minute. I’m talking booked at 9pm one night and then pick up at 1pm the next day for a New Years trip. Ruben was communicative, friendly, quick to reply, flexible - just overall great customer service. Everyone at the campsite stopped by because they HAD to check out how the retro inside looked. Only negative thing we have to report is that this trailer is not equipped for dry camping, the owner did state there was no generator and luckily we brought one with us because nothing worked (not even the lights or water pump) without the generator on.

Excellent service, Ruben did all the set up and was kind and quick when I had questions. The RV is lovely and comfy! I needed to have brought my own linens (sheets not provided) and coffee as it was out, but overall excellent and will book again! Make sure to read reviews to understand all that this trailer comes with and don’t be embarrassed to ask Ruben to show you where things are or how to use.

Ruben was incredible! He did the entire set up and take down with no issues so that we could enjoy our trip. The family had a great time and we felt we had everything we needed and more.

This was our first time renting a camper. This was easy. It was great to get out of the house and make some memories with our kids. The camper was in good condition and operating order. We enjoyed the propane fire ring and camping chairs included. The frig and freezer were a great size to store food. We appreciated a hot shower at the end of the day. The beds were comfortable. This is glamping ! Ruben was easy to work with. We had a great experience and would recommend Ruben’s Retro RV and Outdoorsey to family and friends.

My first time using outdoorsy and renting an rv/trailer. Ruben was very responsive and helpful. The rv was well stocked with lots of things. From grill, to fire pit, chairs, lights etc. The mat for outside the door was very helpful and stylish. We had 4 of us staying and it was nice sized. My kids loved it. It towed well with the stabilizer bars.

Ruben dropped off the trailer and connected the trailer to electrical outlet and water hookups at Campland on the bay. Picked up the trailer. Made our glam camping easy. Thank you Ruben!

This was my family's first time camping in a RV and it was absolutely wonderful. Ruben was so helpful and kind. The RV itself was so clean and comfy. I definitely recommend this RV, it's perfect for every family!
