The trailer was fine and the loft bed was comfortable, but there were a number of things that either could be fixed or it would have been better if there were instructions for how to work certain aspects. For example, we couldn't get the water heater to work; the pilot light kept going out. My friend thought the regulator needed to be adjusted; the furnace would light and then quickly go out. Also, the fan in the toilet was broken and when turned on, pieces of the fan rained down, but most got caught in the screen in the skylight. Also, the trailer is more for hauling big toys rather than being a real sleeper, so it wasn't as cozy as the pictures first suggested. However, it was great to have a stove, sink and I even took a cold shower, which was actually fine and, as I said above, the bed was fine, but you had to climb to the loft on a ladder to get to it. I hope these suggestions help.

Extremely friendly and helpful. Kept in touch with us on the trip. I suggested a few things for him to do regarding the trailer, which you will see in my review of the trailer. He was very receptive.
