Jake and Jess were nice and very accommodating with all of our special request. For you newbie RV renters, be sure to know what gear is included with the RV. Some RV renters here on Outdoorsy are very clear with that. Some include pillows, linens, towels, camping chairs, outdoor bbq grills...pretty much everything you need turn key and go.....Millennial Falcon does not include this, so if any of this is important to you, be sure to communicate your wishes. also, this RV is not designed well for off grid camping or boon docking. It's great for parks with hookups and that's what we stuck to. The van is wonderful, it drives very well, visibility is surprisingly great, heat was nice on those cold nights, we found the gas milage to be around 12 mpg or better and the overall fuel cost was much lower than anticipated. Having a bathroom, refrigerator, sink, cook top, bed, and comforts of home anywhere you park was incredibly awesome. Overall, renting Millennial for part of our CA, OR and WA loop was a big highlight. A wonderful experience. I would do it again. Warning: if you're an introvert as myself, know this RV gets a lot of attention for its attractiveness and the name.

The Millennial has many tech features and conveniences. We did not find them to always be intuitive. The owner provided a written manual but it did not cover all the questions we had so we frequently reached out to Jake, who responded promptly. We would suggest short online videos of different systems to consult before and during. The manual could also include an FAQ.
The van was easy to drive and handled well. It seemed to have enough power to climb mountains. We tracked mileage and found 15-18 mpg depending on terrain.
We would advise packing lightly—storage is at a premium.
Be sure to ask about kitchen equipment. It is very basic. The induction cooktop is wonderful so bring your magnetic pan.
The waste water dumping process was problematic. Be sure to understand its function and use before accepting the van.
Utility hook-ups in RV and State parks are easy and convenient.

Jake was very responsive and helpful and I highly recommend renting from him. He was very flexible on pickup and return and made himself available for any inquiries along the way.
