Our experience with the trailer was great until we returned it. The owner explained he had issues with the slide out on the trailer. So we took great care while setting it up. We had a little difficulty opening the slide out, but we managed to get it out and in with no major issues. When we returned it the owner could not open it and blamed us for doing something wrong. He promptly took our $1000 security deposit. He said he’d give it back if we didn’t damage it. He never gave it back and eventually gave us less then a 1/3rd of it back. Stating we were responsible for damage and subsequent missed rentals. He never provided proof. Outdoorsy confirmed that the repair company said the problem was from lack of maintenance and there was nothing we did wrong. Essentially we were scammed out of our security deposit. I would never rent from this crook again. Buyer beware!!!! Outdoorsy was powerless to help us get our money back. Their system is definitely flaws. We were guilty until proven innocent, even then, we couldn’t do anything about.

Rick was very helpful and thorough with explaining the setup process. He checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure everything was working. The camper was clean and comfortable with all the basic equipment we needed for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!
