By far the easiest rental process I have had. Quick but thorough check out and check in and the communication was the best.

We had a wonderful experience! Where Nick & Nichole shined was with communication and organization and being accommodating! They were great at reaching out to get us prepared. They were helpful in providing what we needed and saving us space where we did not want (e.g., camp chairs, tent, and we preferred to use our own bedding).
Only downsides we experienced were things that the owners are actively working on (e.g., generator turned off at times, alignment, and RV needed a bath!). But these were minor & the owners are very responsive to take care of it.
The owners also wanted to know how to do better. They were very interested in feedback, so this rental will improve each time!
Overall 5 stars - would highly recommend!

Had a great trip, would rent from them again. They are very communicative and good to work with. It drove nice and was comfy even though there were a few things in the process of getting fixed that we weren’t aware of like the steering alignment. They included a lot of amenities and were able to customize what we wanted/needed which was super helpful too!
