She accepted my reservation and then she cancelled it. Outdoorsy currently has both my fee for this unit as well as the $1000 security deposit. They are not answering their phones and sent me an email implying I would need to pay the reservation fee. I am definitely going to contest this. This is just plain bad business! Do not use this site!
