5 stars for customer service. I had flat tire on my second day and the owners were prompt and helpful in getting me back on the road ASAP.
In my opinion, after driving this van for a lot of miles over more than a week, this van is ideal for shorter trips and camping trips where you are pretty much staying in place for a few days. Whether this is due to the age of the vehicle or that this is a utility van conversion rather than a unit designed as an RV at the outset, I’m not sure - but the ride is not as smooth as I’ve experienced in newer RV built units. The listing shows it has a “stove range”; this is not a built in stovetop (as I had expected) but really a portable propane camping stove that (once set up) I was not comfortable using Inside the van. The cabin A/C and refrigerator unit both work well. Also, for electric hookup, a 30amp adapter is provided with the van, but I had one campground that only had 50amp service. Fortunately they were able to lend me an adapter.
Re: Outdoorsy - I made the mistake of calling my personal insurance for the tow as I didn't bring printed Outdoorsy insurance info with me and I was having issues with the app. When I now review the insurance info online it says it covers towing, but Outdoorsy support chat tells me it does not. So - be better prepared than I was!

It was a great trip. We love renting from them. It’s the comfort of a cabin when camping without a tent. It’s also a big hit, most people tend to be jealous of our accommodations when use them to boot. You just drive up & drive off, way less effort than a tent. Highly recommend every time!

Betsy treated us well! Rob & Lance were very communicative. Some of the listed kitchen amenities were missing but we did have an air fryer accessible to cook with. Overall great experience!

Falkor made our trip possible and exceeded our expectations, between the shower and the AC we were set after a long sweaty day. There were so many thoughtful little touches and easy communication with the owners

Great van for a getaway! Clean and exactly as described. Rob is a great host and communication was prompt. I would definately rent Betty White again.

The host was very friendly, helpful and flexible.
It was VERY hot while we were camping and the air conditioner was great! We were perfectly comfortable inside during the heat. It was a life saver!
The bed was amazing. It was so comfortable, we asked for the brand so we could shop for one!
If we rent a van again, we will definitely get one of their vans!

My experience with the host was excellent. They communicated very well, responded promptly and we’re very friendly. The RV unit worked as described, but was not in very good condition as the picture seemed to showed. The exterior of the van had multiple dents and other blemishes. The interior was custom converted by owner as described in listing, but not done in a professional manner. The interior was far from being in good shape aesthetically.
