not my best first experience. My son loses the key, the guy tell me not to worry they are replacing the door and then Allison come right behind him saying no there will be a charge. (get on the same page) Then they charge me $30 for a 3 dollar key. Not the way to conduct business. Should have honored the initial offer as that would have been the right thing to do.

Hey james thank you for the review. Unfortunately, as a safety precaution we had to have the mechanism completely replaced. We hope everything else was satisfactory!
