The listing is not as described and is very very used and old .... far from "Stunning" as advertised.

After almost 6 years on Outdoorsy, 28 five-star reviews, John's trip became a host's worst nightmare. John made a decision five days into a nine-day rental to return the RV. John had a laundry list of primarily cosmetic "reasonable" wear-and-tear issues, and matched the items originally included on the rig to what existed on his rental. Example - knobs were missing on the propane stove, we provided an induction stove top and a kettle. He cited " upholstery "seat deterioration as a mechanical default. We credited John 3.5 days and $50.00 back in prep fee, totaling $1047.00. John has escalated this to a dispute demanding another $946.00 INCLUDING a $500.00 "hassle" fee, which Outdoorsy is OK with
IF at any time in the first five days, John had contacted us and expressed his concerns with the RV (again, a 2019 Rig) we would have been more than happy to have discounted daily rate or worked towards an amicable resolution.

Marten is a pleasure, and his RV is awesome. Cannot recommend enough. Great communication and very understanding and thorough. The RV drives great, and the inside is spotless and very comfy. Look no further, this is the perfect RV.

We were very lucky to choose Marten as our host, he was so kind and kept in touch during our trip to suggest nice spots for us and to make sure we were ok and answer any questions we had. The RV itself is the dream, there's everything you need just bring your suitcase and some food, that's it. Starlink was the cherry on top, highly highly recommended. Will definitely rent again.

It is been a great trip! The black RV is very week equipped and you are always cover. Marten is fantastic. Always available and flexible. He thought about everything and when you travel you will realize by using all amenities. There are also device to monitor tyre pressure. The black RV has been fundamental for our vacation that my little daughter define as the best she ever had.

Our trip was Great! This was our first Rv rental and Maren was awesome. I asked if we could see the rig before our trip so we could plan what we needed to bring. Marten was very accommodating and let us come see the vehicle and answered all our questions. It made the pick up and walkthrough go faster so we were able to get on the road sooner. Everything was clean and in good condition so we were able to just load and go. We drove from LA out to and up through Utah into Twin Falls Idaho. The Rv ran like a charm, A/C was awesome since it averaged 105 during the days. We enjoyed winding down as we went to sleep at night with the new Roku tv he has set up. Good gas mileage for the size of the vehicle. We will definitely plan another road trip in the future.

Martens RV was perfect for our first time in an RV. Marten was so nice and very communicative and available. As a first time RV’er He made the trip less stressful for us. The RV itself was great and Marten took the time to walk me through everything and I was able to get the hang of everything pretty quickly. I’d definitely recommend renting from Marten if you’re looking for a great experience outdoors but also knowing you have someone that you can rely on if you need help with something with the RV which can typically happen.

Great experience with Marteen’s RV.
The RV is well furnished and equipped. It’s confortable.
The communication with marteen is perfect, dynamic, reactiv with a lot of advice.

It was a great experience. Picking up was easy and dropping off a breeze. The RV came stocked with everything we needed. It was so easy to drive, similar to a van. There were 5 of us and a dog and we all slept comfortably. The shower and bathroom was nice to have while we camped. We were able to get a great view from the back of the RV and were able to sight see from all the large windows. We would highly recommend this RV and hope to do it again!

Marten was FANTASTIC! And we could not have been happier with the RV:-) He was very organized and methodical reviewing the RV with us before we departed and made sure everything was tested and operational before we departed. And when we had a question while out on the road, Marten answered the phone IMMEDIATELY and walked us through. If we return to the LA area, we will DEFINITELY talk to Marten again!

This RV is in impeccable shape. Great layout, modern, and sleek. We spent 5 nights comfortably. Marten was flexible in every way possible. He had no problem adjusting our return time with no extra fee. We returned the RV dusty and he did not charge us. I did not have time to fill up the rig with petrol and he did it himself and charged me only for the gas not for the time he had to take to fill it up himself. Super pleasurable experience. I would high recommend you rent this RV from Marten and his lovely wife if you get the chance.
