As always, renting from White Oak Camper Rentals was an absolutely fantastic experience! The RV was impeccably clean, modern, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Delivery and pickup were seamless; we had to extend it by a day they were great and accommodating. Communication was prompt and helpful from start to finish. We wouldn't use anyone else for our trips to GNFA! Can't wait to book our next trip with them!

Sam did an awesome job delivering the camper and giving a rundown on how to operate everything. The three A/Cs made the camper a nice oasis in the July Heat. We rent a camper every third week in July and would use this one again. Highly recommend.

Great host, great RV and communication. They have a whole fleet, I wouldn’t look anywhere else. Very much appreciate these guys. Will be using again very soon.

Horrible. Been using company for 5 years and never been like this. Owner named Lee cussed us out when we called with problems. Reported problems to him at 5:30pm and again at 10pm. We were cussed out and threatened to be kicked out of the camper by Lee with my two small children. All because the air was not cooling properly and the freezer/fridge was not cooling. Our food in fridge/freezer was ruined.

Host was very quick to respond, was patient with my many questions, and flexible. The RV we signed up for came back from is previous trip with some damage, so Ehren rented us a different, slightly more expensive one without charging extra. It turned out to be perfect for my family, as it had a bunk bed, an over head bunk that was padded, a very comfortable queen bed with a lot of storage, and a couch long enough to fit my 5'11", 81 year old dad comfortably. The dinette table also folded down into a bed, but we didn't need it so I'm not sure how comfortable that one is.
The only downside to the RV was the keurig coffee maker didn't work. My dad is a coffee addict, so that was difficult, but we managed 😊. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and we will definitely tent from them again!

Oh my goodness the staff made the experience absolutely perfect. They were so nice and explained everything in such detail. The RV was wonderful and we will be using them again.

Great vehicle. Jayden explained how everything works. I still had a question or two when I arrived at my destination. I called the number and the gentleman talked me through it. Service was GREAT. Don’t see that nowadays anymore. Thanks.

Super nice people to deal with and they are always quick to respond. Rented a RV for Talladega and boy am I glad. Camper was super clean and way better than the tent I was using for the past ten years. Would definitely rent for them again in the future
