Dani was a great host and responded to clarify any questions. The RV has 2 comfortable beds (one fixed in back and a couch that folds down), also a loft over the front cab section. There is a full set of cooking gear and utensils, the fridge worked well and the whole unit was well set up for off grid camping with a solar panel and a house battery. Heater and hot water worked great, AC worked when generator is running. Lots of gear, including a table and camp chairs, and 4 bike racks on the back. One caveat is to be clear about cleaning fees, these are paid separately from the rental... I confirmed these in advance and chose to pay rather than taking time to do a deep clean inside and out. One HUGE positive is that I could drive up, unload my van into the RV and leave my van there in secure parking! This makes the pick-up and drop-off much easier!!! We'll be renting again!

It ran smoothly, the engine was sound, the electrical worked great, the fridge was solid and stayed on the whole time, and the breaks were good. The A/C wasn’t working when I arrived, which was bizarre as I would have imagined the previous renters would have flagged that. They had to use a zip tie to fix it, so that needs a more permanent solution soon.My biggest issue was being charged $400 for a cleaning fee and a $100 fee for a basic walk through of the RV with Dani via zoom. That seems completely excessive. Even with paying the required cleaning fees, Dani had the audacity to complain that we left three dishes to be cleaned and a small bin a garbage. He wanted to charge me an additional $100! So, just know you have to pay through the nose to rent what is basically a very dated but well maintained rig.

We loved this RV rental. Dani was very kind and patient with it being our first RV use. The vehicle is a little creaky but checks a lot of boxes and got us A to B. We got stopped by people complimenting it constantly. It’s very cool and unique looking. I wish the cleaning fees were already added to the booking, but otherwise I wouldn’t change much.

Had a great time in the RV, it definitely got attention wherever we went. The power system was great to keep all our stuff running.Dani was a great host!

Dani was awesome. Very quick to respond. The actual rig certainly met our needs and turns lots of heads.

The Born Free 4x4 is an epic custom vehicle. If you like extreme adventures this is the rig for you. Comfortable and rugged. Daniel is a great host, very positive and helpful throughout the experience.
