Adventure vans are always a good time, and it’s clear a lot of time and effort was put into building out this van, however our experience with Ana was very disappointing. The van has experienced a lot of use... broken outlets, a partially cracked rearview mirror, cabinets that stick shut or don’t lock. It also did not seem like it was thoroughly cleaned when we picked it up. There was trash in the trash can and leftover coffee in one of the mugs. This was very disconcerting during Covid. A few days before pick up I saw the pick up/return time was listed as 12AM, when I asked to change it to later in the day and specified the day since it was unclear which day 12am was referring to she agreed. I lost my phone on a hike during the trip and when I brought the van back at the day/time we had agreed to in messages she then took over $800 out of my security deposit when I brought it back in perfect condition, claiming “lost business” because she had accidentally double booked her van. It was clearly a strange type of miscommunication but she was unable to negotiate (I was willing to pay for an extra night and the $30 late fee) and made the entire experience incredibly difficult. I will also note that the bed is comfortable and wide, but quite short. I am only 5’2” and I barely fit in it. My husband who is 5’7” was quite uncomfortable at night during the trip.

Very nice camper with everything you need. It drives beautifully. The kitchen has everything you need. The solar panel system works perfectly. And the bed is super confortable. I had a great time and Ana is very friendly and explained how everything works very well.

We had a wonderful experience with Capita - Ana did an awesome job renovating this van and it came with everything we needed. She was super communicative and accommodating and we simply had a wonderful experience and made so many memories with this van. Great mileage and very easy to drive. It was cozy, the solar system was so top notch we never had to worry about the battery running out.

Ana and Ricardo were wonderful people, very pleasant to deal with. The van was adequate for our 3 day getaways. No complaints here, highly recommended!

Capita was our first trip with a 20ft van. As you could imagine, driving may sound pretty intimidating for a ride of this caliber but driving Capita was surprisingly maneuverable, and Ana did a good job of teaching us how to drive it! Traveling as 2 females, safety was a huge concern us but Capita offered superb privacy and stealthiness. With the curtains closed at the front, we were pretty much hidden at night. We felt incredibly safe camping out in the Capita!

We had a wonderful weekend with Capita! Ana was easy to communicate with about the handoff and all the information we needed, and the van was in perfect shape. We described it as the Ikea of vans-- it had everything we needed, was super organized, and felt cozy. From the functional aspects (like the shower) to the nice touches (a kitchen complete with wine tumblers), Capita exceeded our expectations. We would happily rent again!
