Basic RV Rules Check-In/Check-Out - Check-in time is 1:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am on the day of departure. - Late check-out may be arranged by contacting the front office. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Basic Lodge Rules Check-In/Check-Out - Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and Check-out time is 11:00 am on the day of departure. - Late check-out may be requested; see the front office for more info. Quiet Hours - Please respect quiet time from 10:30 pm to 7:30 am. Deposits & Payments Initial Deposit - At the time of booking, 20% of the reservation balance will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Scheduled Deposit - 14 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), 100% of the remaining balance will be collected. Children & Pets - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. - We do allow dogs in certain rooms at The Longhorn. - There is a $99 pet fee per dog. - This simply covers the additional cleaning needed for pet rooms. - This fee does not cover pet-related damages, and guests can be charged up to $250 additional for pet-related damage. - ADA dogs are exempt from this fee, but proof must be provided. - According to Wyoming ADA laws this exemption does not include emotional support animals. - Dogs cannot be left in rooms unattended for any period of time. - If we receive any noise complaints of the dog you will be asked to put your dog in a local kennel. - All Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while on the property (unless in our dog park). - We love our furry guests, but previous recurring incidents have caused us to be strict on our dog policy, we hope you'll understand. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. RV PARK Deposits and Payments - A deposit of 20% of the total reservation cost is required upon booking. - The remaining balance will be collected fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date, at which point it becomes non-refundable. Group RV Bookings - A deposit of 20% of the total reservation cost is required upon booking. - The remaining balance will be collected twenty-eight (28) days prior to the arrival date, at which point it becomes non-refundable. Lodge Policies Deposits and Payments - An initial non-refundable deposit of $20 for all room bookings. - For stays over 7 days, the non-refundable deposit will be equivalent to the first night's stay. - The remainder of the balance will be collected five (5) days prior to the arrival date, at which point it becomes non-refundable. For Lodge Group Bookings - An initial non-refundable deposit of the first nights stay will be collected, and the remaining balance will be collected ten (10) days before the arrival this will then become non-refundable. Group RV Bookings - A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total reservation cost is required upon booking. - The remaining balance will be collected twenty eight (28) days prior to the arrival date, at which point it becomes non-refundable. Pet Policy - Pets are allowed in the RV park, we ask that you please clean up after your pets using provided pet cleanup stations. - Pet safety: for the safety of your pet, our staff, and other guests, pets must not be left unattended at any time this is in rooms and RV's. - Pets should not be tied to any outside posts or fencing and must be kept on a leash when outside of your RV. - We have a designated, fully fenced dog run area for off-leash use. - Pets making excessive noise and disrupting other guests may need to be relocated to a local boarding facility. Horse Corrals - Horse corrals are available for rent on the property. - Please contact us for rates and package options. - Corrals are reserved for Longhorn guests unless an arrangement is made with the front office. - Corral users are in charge of feed/water/cleaning up after their livestock, failure to do so will incur a $20 cleanup charge. General Information Parking - Lodge: each room in the lodge has one designated parking spot, with the exception of the two bedroom cabin, which has two. - All additional vehicles can be parked in the vehicle overflow parking at the ends of the deluxe building for larger vehicles/trailers we have overflow parking along the exit road of the resort. RV - The length of each RV site is listed on our website. - Please take the length in account for any vehicles you will be parking with the RV. - We have a limited amount of visitor parking in the RV park, and none of it allows overnight parking. - If all vehicles associated with your rig cannot be contained within your RV site, we ask that you park in the designated overflow parking just past site 48.
